According to CHS Capitol Hill Seattle, a Street View car has been spotted in Seattle, Washington, with the SICK Lasers on top. The two places it was spotted in were at a Home Depot and a parking lot by Starbucks HQ.
According to an anonymous commenter here on Street View Stuff, a Street View car has also been found roaming the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. The car was spotted at the Historic Fells Point of the city. This could mean that the District of Columbia is being Street Viewed, too, but there are higher security risks.

Here is a state-by-state list of remaining U.S. cities, urban areas, and parks for Google to add Streetview to. Given Google's latest trend of bundling nearby places and adding new places without icons, it is likely that Google will complete this list by the end of 2008. This list does not include areas that have some coverage, but need expansion or completion (like Gary-Hammond, Akron or Canton), and may omit some places that are located near others. As we all know now, Google fills many of the smaller cities located somewhat close to the main city.

How did you get this list? Also, Google Sydney's office said that Australian Street View would most likely debut sometime this summer, so what are your predictions for Australia?
I made this list myself by looking at the map and seeing what was left out. I think that most likely, given Google's customary time frames, the next releases will take place in the second week of August, or if they get done early, we may get a sneak preview like we did March 27 for what should have come in April.
I also believe there is a high possibility that in addition to a comparable number of US cities that will be added or improved, some places from one or more foreign countries (perhaps Australia) will be included. But this will not compromise the number of US cities added, since Google is hiring separate crews in each country, as we have heard.
Not all the places I listed here will have camera markers. In fact, the markers are likely just temporary for promotion of SV while it is only limited in some places. Given the latest trend, had Rockford (population 150K) been introduced on June 10, it would probably have not had a marker, but rather been just an extension of Chicago. Perhaps, Madison (225K) and Manchester (110K) would not have had them either. Many of the markers of places like this are cluttered in with others, and don't be surprised if Google removes them later, or at least these smaller ones at first.
Of the cities that I listed above, I think that only that following will likely have markers, and the remainder will just be extensions of the coverage of the nearest city with a marker.

I'm also surprised Omaha-Lincoln did not get one. But that may come later when they have full coverage.
Yes, the camera icons will very soon be replaced with blue highlights, or the areas without Street View might be highlighted red, to show that they are rarer than previously.
Also, Google Mountain View will most likely be continuing doing United States Street View by themseleves, and Google Sydney alone will work on Australian SV.
