Black Hole in Seattle?

These glitches were found by Devin Coldewey at CrunchGear.

This one is quite interesting. Take a look at this view below and move forward.

It just goes black for some reason. It goes on like this for about 3/4 of a mile, until the ramp joins up with Mercer Street.

The only thing I could think of its probally just an area where someone asked them to remove the pictures. Like that area in arkansas where there was a house on fire. It still seems like a pretty long distance to take out though.

i know there's a tunnel at this offramp, so the need to blackout any images for security (or other) purposes doesn't make a whole lotta sense. not sure what their review process is, but i imagine with the volume of images they are dealing with, the likelihood of these types of glitches showing up early on doesn't totally surprise me. the question is, how will they handle it (and how quickly)?

There have been many glitches like these over the entire history of Street View. This is the first I've seen with the whole image blacked out. There was one weird one near Mountainair, New Mexico, too.
